kinda goes with the whole....the monk either makes or breaks the team routine. if the team wins it because the monk was ubar-leetsauce and whatnot. if the team loses however its the monk fault for god knows what reason, when in fact the monk is usually 1: kiting to avoid being utterly annihilated by the mobs or 2: the rest of the team is out scurrying around out of casting range of the monk.

as for pvp people like to call those who killed them nubs and whatnot for some stupid reason...usually out of bruised ego.

heh elitism? got my fair share of that around 1 year ago when I felt like trying HA, never went back there again.

I'd say if your weak self was offended by some people saying stuff to you, why not disable local chat? What situation would you need to read local during a match anyway? Or do you want something more to complain about?

7/8 of the time I disable local/team chat in RA. Try it sometime and deal with the fact your playing on the internet, because you can bitch all you want, but it's not going to stop. If it still hurts you, heroes and henchman are fairly civil I'd say.

I would get frustrated if I told someone NOT to do something and they went ahead and did it. In this case, something entirely completly basic: Don't talk to the bloody NPC.

Me: Okay don't get the quest, it will spawn mobs out and we will die.
Moron: You mean get the quest? Okay.
Me: No, DO NOT get the quest.
Moron: Okay.. getting the quest.
Me: No! Stop!
Moron: Oh I thought you told me to get the quest.
Me: ...
